  • Skinome Club is a membership for those who want to get more out of their skincare journey. As a member, you earn points when you shop and engage with our community. The more you engage, the more exclusive benefits and member advantages you gain access to.

  • Create a free membership in the Skinome Club and start collecting points right away. As a member, you can take advantage of exclusive benefits, offers, and rewards. Registration is simple - just enter your name, email address, and choose a password to get started.

  • Yes. A regular customer account and a Skinome Club membership are not the same thing. If you already have an account with Skinome, you need to activate your Skinome Club membership to start collecting points and taking advantage of member benefits.

Points

  • You earn points by shopping at Skinome and through activities such as taking our skincare test, leaving reviews, subscribing to our newsletter, following us on Instagram, and referring a friend. To earn points on your purchases, you need to be logged into your Skinome Club account when completing the purchase.

  • No, bonus points cannot be combined with other discount codes or offers.

  • Your points are valid for 12 months from the date they were earned.

  • You can redeem your points for discounts, selected products, and other member benefits directly from your membership page. Points can only be used for purchases on Skinome's website and cannot be redeemed at our retailers.

  • No, points are personal and cannot be transferred between different accounts.

  • You can find your score history under Score Overview in your account.

Returns

  • If you return a product for which you have earned points, the earned points will automatically be deducted from your points balance. In the case of a partial return, the points will be adjusted so that you only retain points for the amount you actually paid. In some cases, your points balance may become negative if you have already used the points from the original purchase.

  • If you used points to get a discount on a purchase and the entire order is refunded, you will get back the points used for the discount. However, in the case of a partial refund, the points used for the discount are normally not returned. Any points earned on the purchase will instead be adjusted based on the amount you ultimately paid after the refund.

Subscription

  • Yes. You earn points on all subscription orders as long as you are registered with Skinome Club.

  • If you cancel your subscription, your membership level will be adjusted. Your new membership level will then be based on your spending over the past 12 months, which determines whether you are placed in Level 1, 2, or 3. Your accumulated points are not affected by canceling your subscription.

Tell a friend

  • As a member, you get access to a unique referral link on your member page. When you share the link with a friend, they get access to a unique discount code that gives 20% off their first purchase over SEK 800. When your friend completes the purchase via your personal referral link, you receive 2000 points as a thank you for the recommendation.
