1. Create a customer account

If you have a registered customer account with us or wish to create one, we recommend that you log in to it before completing your subscription purchase, in this way you can link your subscription to your customer account with us and manage your subscriptions more easily.

If you do not want to create a customer account with us, before each next subscription order you will receive an email from us containing a link from which you can manage your subscriptions.

2. Select your product

On the product page, select the product you wish to subscribe to. Then click on Subscribe & Save 20%.

You will then have the opportunity to choose your order interval, ie. how often you want the product delivered based on your needs and/or our recommendations. Then add the product you want to subscribe to in the shopping cart.

4. Go to the checkout

When checking out, you fill in your contact information just like with a regular one-off purchase. Please note that for active subscription orders we only have credit card available as a payment method, as the payment is automatically deducted for each subsequent subscription order. If you have received a gift card, you can use this for your first subscription, then you need to go in and update your payment information for future orders.

5. Order and delivery confirmation

After your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation and a subscription email containing information that a new subscription has been created and registered in our systems.

If you have not received a confirmation of your subscription, please check your spam or contact us and we will help you.

You will then receive a delivery confirmation informing you that your subscription order has been sent.

6. Continued deliveries according to your preferences

After your first order, your next order will automatically be shipped and paid according to your selected order interval. You always have the option to change, pause or end your subscription. Before each next order, a reminder is sent three days before so that you have the opportunity to make any adjustments.

Below you will find our recommended order intervals for our products

Light Emulsion, Rich Emulsion & Rich Intense

Recommended order interval is 4 to 6 weeks if you apply 2-3 pumps morning and evening.

Mineral Cleanser & Sensitive Cleanser

Recommended order interval is 12 to 16 weeks if you apply 2-3 pumps only in the evening.

Probiotic Concentrate, Night Active Retinol & Night Active Control

Recommended order interval is 8 to 16 weeks if you apply 1 pump mixed with moisturizer only in the evening.

Rich Body Cream

Recommended order interval is 4 to 12 weeks depending on how often and where you apply the product. Rich Body Cream lasts for about 6 weeks if you use 6 pumps daily.

Five Point Cleanser

Recommended order interval is 4 to 12 weeks depending on how often and where you apply the product. Five Point Cleanser lasts for about 6 weeks if you use 4 pumps daily.

Sun Emulsion SPF 50+

Recommended order interval is 4 to 6 weeks depending on planned use.

Sun Emulsion Body SPF 50+

Recommended order interval is 4 to 8 weeks depending on planned use.

No, there is no binding period for subscriptions, but you can change, skip an order or end your subscription at any time.

Customer account

If you have a registered customer account on our website and were logged in to it when you created your subscription order, you can access your subscription here or under "log in" in the top right corner of our website. Then press "Manage subscriptions" to get to your subscriptions.

Subscription account

If you do not have a customer account with us but created your subscription directly via
checkout, you reach your subscription via the link you receive in each email
relating to your subscription.

If you need a new direct link, you can press here or go to "log in" in the top right corner and select "manage subscriptions". Then fill in the email address you used when you created your subscriptions and we'll send you a new link.

If you do not have a customer account with us but want to create one and link your active subscriptions to it. Go to "log in" in the top right corner of our website and press "create account" or press here . Fill in your details and note that you must use the same email address that you used when you created your subscription in order to connect them.

Yes, you can easily make changes by logging into your account. There you can adjust subscription order intervals, product quantity, add or switch between different products and update your payment and delivery information.

For your first subscription order, we offer payment cards and gift cards as payment methods. Before the next subscription order, we only offer card payment because the payment is automatically deducted with each order.

The timing of your next payment is based on the day and order interval you selected when you placed your first subscription order for the product. You can see information about upcoming payments in your subscription portal under "Upcoming orders". The payment is deducted the same day your order is sent. A reminder is sent out three days before the next payment in case you want to make any adjustments.

Charge card

If you paid with a debit card for your first subscription order, your future payments will automatically be deducted from the same debit card. If you want to change your payment information, do so in your subscription portal under "Payment method".

Gift cards

If you paid with a gift card for your first subscription order, you need to update your payment information. You do this in your subscription portal under "Payment method". If you do not update the payment information, the payment for your second order will fail. You will then be informed via email about this and have the chance to update your payment information. Three payment attempts are made one day apart before a subscription is cancelled.

When paying, you always receive an email whether your payment has gone through or not. If the payment has failed, three more payment attempts will be made during the next three days, one attempt per day. If the payment still fails, your subscription will be automatically terminated.

Yes, you can buy a subscription and a one-time purchase at the same time.

Please note, however, that only debit cards and gift cards are offered as payment methods when you combine subscription and one-time purchases in the same payment.

No, unfortunately you cannot combine a subscription with a discount. A subscription product is already discounted by 20%, so you cannot combine this with other offers.

When you enter your delivery address, your shipping method is automatically selected. You always have free shipping on your subscription orders.

Within Sweden:

Your subscription orders are delivered with the Budbee Box. When placing an order, your nearest parcel box will automatically be selected for delivery. Via the Budbee app or your tracking link via email, you have the option to change to another package box at no extra cost when Budbee has registered your order.

For a cost of SEK 29, it is also possible to switch to home delivery, provided you live within Budbee's home delivery zone. The cost of SEK 29 is a cost vis-à-vis Budbee. Change of package box or change to home delivery must be completed before Budbee has sorted the package and given it a planned route for delivery.

If your address is not covered by Budbee Box, your order will be delivered to your home with PostNord. Your order is left in your mailbox. For those packages that do not fit in the mailbox or property box, these are left at the nearest post office.

If you feel that you have too far to your nearest parcel box, it is fine to contact us and we will help you choose another delivery method.

Within the rest of the EU and within Norway:

Your subscription orders are delivered by UPS to your home. Estimated delivery time is 2-4 working days.

Home delivery normally takes place during the day. If your package cannot be delivered to your home, the order will be delivered to your nearest post office, alternatively UPS will inform you of a new delivery date. You will receive updates directly from UPS regarding your delivery to agent or home delivery.

For orders to Norway, no import VAT or customs duty is added.

You always have free shipping on subscription orders if you live in Sweden or in the rest of the EU and Norway. There is no charge for orders to Norway
import VAT or customs duty.

Right of withdrawal

You always have a 14-day right of withdrawal. During that period, you can return your goods for an exchange or get your money back free of charge.

If you have had your product delivered with Budbee , you can easily book a return in the Budbee app or via the tracking link sent by SMS or email. You choose whether you want to have your return picked up at home or whether you want to leave the return in a parcel box. For returns with Budbee, no return shipping slip is required. Package the item well and follow the instructions provided by Budbee.

If you want to make a return with Postnord or UPS , contact us at info@skinome.se and we will send you a return shipping slip.

In the event of an approved return/complaint, we will refund the amount for your order within 14 days of your return being returned to our warehouse.

Yes, our 30-day customer satisfaction guarantee also applies to subscription orders. Click home, test and return your subscription order if you're not satisfied - we're sure you'll like our fresh skin care.
